What should I wear to my appointment?
If you come for a Physiotherapy visit, we recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that allows us to work on the area to be treated. For example: shorts in case you have a knee problem. You can change clothes in our box.
If you come to a Pilates or exercise session you will have to wear sports clothing and sports shoes. We will provide you with a place to change and lockers to leave your things, but we do not have a shower service.
How many visits will I need?
The optimal number of visits for a good recovery is totally variable for each patient and situation. In the first appointment we will carry out a thorough evaluation and set the number of sessions to be carried out according to your needs and objectives.
Do session vouchers expire? Can I share them with someone?
The 5-session vouchers have an expiration of 6 months from the time of purchase. . 10 session vouchers expire in 12 months.
All vouchers can be shared between family members and acquaintances as long as we are previously authorized by the holder of the voucher.
I can't keep my next appointment. What I have to do?
When you know that you will not attend your appointment, you must notify us by phone or WhatsApp at the number +34 644 968 448. The first day you come we will explain in detail that if you cancel a visit in a period of less than 24 hours prior to your session, gives us the right to charge for the session. We will always respect justified causes of force majeure.
